Our financial services client is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation professional to drive the design, administration, and management of executive compensation programs!
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, Legal, Finance, and HR teams to ensure compensation strategies align with industry standards and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement executive compensation programs, including incentives and perquisites.
Prepare materials for Compensation Committee Meetings and manage schedules.
Develop the Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) and proxy tables for public filings.
Evaluate officer roles, recommend compensation levels, and support in drafting offers.
Act as primary contact for executive inquiries on total rewards programs.
Monitor legislative changes affecting executive compensation; develop training materials.
Support merger & acquisition activities with expertise in compensation best practices.
Handle job evaluations, job descriptions, market research, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of Executive Compensation experience.
Mergers and Acquisitions experience highly preferred.
CECP designation is a plus.
